Outage Timeline

Our system provider will be conducting these updates from 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25 to 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26. During this window, you will likely experience interruptions to your online banking access. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What's changing?

If you have an Aviso Wealth or QTrade Direct Investing product through VCU Financial, you can now link your account to your Vision Credit Union online banking. 


You will still have to go through your regular Aviso Wealth accounts to perform any transactions, but you will now be able to view how your products are performing in your Vision online banking (app or browser).


To link your account, you will need to find your Client ID #, which is located on past Aviso statements.
