We need your input. That’s why we’re inviting you to share your thoughts in an upcoming member survey.

Starting April 22 through May 28, you may receive an email or phone call from Probe Research, an independent third-party public opinion research firm we’ve partnered with to conduct a formal survey of our membership.

Why are we doing this?

Because your voice matters and your feedback helps us improve our services. It allows us to understand what we’re doing well and where we can do better, so we can continue supporting our members and our branch communities in meaningful ways.

How can you participate?

You can complete the survey in a way that’s most convenient for you:

• Take the survey by clicking the link below (starting April 22)
• By filling out a paper copy at your local branch
• Or by phone if contacted by a Probe Research representative

Please know that your privacy is fully protected. All responses are confidential, and your feedback will be reported in a way that cannot be linked back to you.

As a thank you for your time, participants will be entered into a draw for:
